Client Satisfaction




Now a days everyone says about pressure management instead of pressure reduction. There are different types of challenges in service Industries. Providing service to Client is one of them. The customer is the part of production process. Same service can be judged by two different customers. The way of handling customer complaints in a effective way and providing good service to clients are considered as opportunities to let know customers about their capability. Complain means, an organization get opportunities to develop their products, develop the way of service, communicate directly with the customer. Complaint means there is room for improvement .


Customer is always right.
