Appreciation




Employees are the key persons for an Organization in the successful growth of the company. An appreciation to a employee means motivating and evaluating the efforts, sincerity, hard work, dedication, loyalty and honesty the person showed to the company. The intelligence and effective roles of the employees are a great contribution to the Team, to the Management and even to the Organization. An recognition and acknowledgement may leads the team members to be motivated to increase their productivity and do extra work. There may be days employees spent hours working overtime just to reduce over working load, assisting the Team to achieve the goal. An organization is reputed not only by its hard work and employees but also how it keeps its employees satisfied. Recognition is done to establish the face of the person to the Company Management to introduce themselves and their contribution, initiatives with the intention of the growth of the organization.



Ways to Motivate Employees During difficult situation
Expressing about future planning during difficult moment is one kind of motivation. If we can communicate with employees in this way that this is the worse situation but we will do our best effort as much as possible. In near future if we reach in a good situation we will give some rewards to them for their hard work and dedication.



Sharing small success during bad time will at least motivate employees to work with interest. We should share all bad news and good news to the employees. If employees get to know that the team is passing a bad time they will realize the situation.



An employee recognition will help to other employees to perform better, to be more dedicated, to be more sincere, to be more skilled. If any organization don't follow the employee recognition process, the Team Leader should let it know among the employees so that at least everyone can know who are dedicated and who are not dedicated.

We need to invite our employees to participate in decision making to be more skilled in near future. We should have regular conversations with our employees about their aspirations and abilities.Whenever any opportunity will come, we can give an easy decision to select the appropriate person.

We need to be clear cut to our employees to remove their misunderstanding regarding confusion, conflict, anxiety and negative attitude.

Employees trust consistent, dependable, the persons who keep their commitments, more realistic persons. So the Organization management should be more clear about these issues to their employees. With fake smile, false optimistic no management can't move forward.

When a company prosper or gain profit, it should share a percentage of the profit with the employees. It is helpful both for employees and Organization.

An Employee always became anxious about his future. If any organization don't consider any employee, just appoint him/her to work it will make more turnover. If any employee understand that organization really care about the employees, about their performance they will try their best to show their performance. Management should organize different types of coaching, national and international official training or coursework, medical facility, house rent facility.

Keeping an update to the employees personal and professional life. Listening about their job improvement, anxiety, problems, A feeling of annoyance at being hindered or criticized, Go against, as of rules and laws, family issues.

Showing respect to employees will encourages them to work effectively, efficiently to carry on their work. There may be some small thinks that may be a higher issue to an employee's mind. We should show respect to each small or big issues.

We should give the credit to the perfect person who really did the successful job. It has been notified that the credit of the success or any initiative idea was from an employee but the boss took the credit. As a result, the genuine person will be demotivated.

Losing temper immediately is a bad habit which should be avoided in professional life.
