Think About Daily Exercise

What do we understand about exercise? First of all what is came to our mind is some systematic movement of our various limbs of the body on regular basis in order to keep the body fit. Whenever a person will have a good stamina to work on daily basis, has a strong disease preventive power in the body as well as sound mental, we can say that the person has a good health. 


Regular exercise will save a person from heart attack, diabetes, insomnia, depression and so on as well as increases work stamina, strength, confidence and courage. We can link up the relationship between physical exercise and physical exercise and individual progress. Examples are available in the developed countries. Most of the people of the developed countries are more active, more confident, more creative than the people of developing countries. Exercise is not equal to work. We can take exercise by jumping, practicing, “Yoga”, swimming and walking, Cycling.
